Upon your arrival, I will ask you about pre-existing health conditions that might affect the types of massage you receive. Please ensure that you have read the contra-indications on the website before booking your massage.

 

You will find a heated and comfortable massage table in the treatment room, and an area to change. You will have plenty of time alone to disrobe. You may choose to leave your underwear on, or may take it off if you prefer. After undressing, you will lie down on the massage table, face-down, and place the towel over your body.

 

During your massage, I will uncover only the part of your body I am currently working on, and will maintain your privacy at all times. I will generally begin working on your back first, then move my way up to your shoulders and neck. Next your legs, and finally your feet., I will lift the towel and use it as a privacy screen whilst you roll over onto your back. I will then work your legs  and the front of your body,
